At Make Your Occasion, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee - if you don’t love your purchase then contact us at customers@makeyouroccasion.com or message us via our Facebook page and we will get straight back to you.
How long do personalised products take to produce?
We usually turnaround your purchase within 2 business days after receiving your personalisation information.
How do I send you my personalisation information?
Either add a note to your order or email us at customers@makeyouroccasion.com quoting your order number.
Can you change the design of personalised products?
We design all of our personalised products ourselves so if you want a change to the design for something bespoke to you then please contact us and we will try and help.
